Convey Law’s Conveyancing Chatbot shortlisted for Conveyancing Innovation Award
The Conveyancing specialists, Convey Law have been shortlisted for an award at the prestigious Modern Law Conveyancing Awards. They received the shortlisting in the Innovation of the Year Award category for their conveyancing chatbot, built using the QuoteXpress Conveybot.
Convey Law believe that the future of service provision in general sees more companies interacting with consumers through instant messaging platforms rather than through websites and email, and as such they have developed their products in line with that change in consumer behaviour.
